If you have not yet received an invitation email to register, please contact the Mercedes-Benz Financial Services Contact Centre on 0861 324 653 or email@example.com. Your invitation email will contain your Customer PIN.
Once you have your Customer PIN, click on “I am a new user” button, read the Data Privacy Agreement and enter your Customer PIN. Click on “Register”.
The registration process has now been initiated and you will receive an email from us (we will use the email address we have for you on our database).
Once you receive the email, click on the link in order to continue with the registration process. You will be asked to choose a password as well as a Security Question (which you will need in the event that you forget your password).
Once you are done, click on “Continue”, verify the details and “Finish”.
The registration process has now been completed and you will automatically be logged into your account.
Should you wish to log in the next time, you will select “I am a registered user”.
