If you have not yet received an invitation email to register, please contact the Mercedes-Benz Financial Services Contact Centre on 0861 324 653 or Your invitation email will contain your Customer PIN.

Once you have your Customer PIN, click on “I am a new user” button, read the Data Privacy Agreement and enter your Customer PIN. Click on “Register”.

The registration process has now been initiated and you will receive an email from us (we will use the email address we have for you on our database).

Once you receive the email, click on the link in order to continue with the registration process. You will be asked to choose a password as well as a Security Question (which you will need in the event that you forget your password).

Once you are done, click on “Continue”, verify the details and “Finish”.

The registration process has now been completed and you will automatically be logged into your account.

Should you wish to log in the next time, you will select “I am a registered user”.

Your Customer PIN will be noted in the invitation email you received. If you have not yet received the invitation email to register, please contact Mercedes-Benz Financial Services Contact Centre on 0861 324 653 or

For security purposes, we can’t allow the same email address to be registered more than once. Please contact Mercedes-Benz Financial Services Contact Centre on 0861 324 653 to supply us with your new email address.

Select “MBFS 4 U”
Select “I am a registered user”
Enter the email address as registered on our system
Enter your Password
Click on Logon

You password must be a minimum of 10 characters in length,
should comprise of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers and special characters.
You password must contain at least 3 of these 4 criteria. It is recommended that you use all 4 criteria.
Do not choose passwords that are easily associated with yourself.

  • ID Number
  • Car License Plate
  • Address
  • Surname, First Name or Nickname, etc

Note that passwords must be changed at least every 90 days and you are not allowed to reuse passwords for 12 change cycles.

On the Logon page, select “Forgot Password”.
You will be required to enter your email address.
Please answer the security question.
An email will be sent to you with your new password. You will be prompted to change your password.

  • View details of all Finance Agreements linked to your profile, including Vehicle Year Model and Description, Contract Status, Contract Start and End Date, Next Payment Date and Amount, Financial Product etc.
  • Apply for a Border Letter (not applicable for mobile devices).
  • Obtain a Settlement Quotation on your Agreement
  • Request a Paid Up Letter once your Agreement has been settled
  • Request a Balance Certificate at a specified date
  • View Your Current or Historical Statements
  • Log a Compliment, Complaint or an Enquiry
